Got a library card! Today I thought I should start reading again. Once
before I had decided to read all books written by Robin Cook, but never went
through with the plan. I thought I'll resume that plan of mine and borrowed his
book called Foreign Body. Another reason I got the book was for the 2 hour travel to get to my best friends
place. It was definitely a good idea. The book is very interesting. It is about medical tourism in India which made it even more interesting for me since I am from India.
I am always happy to see my best friend. We did some shopping together for our upcoming camping trip.
At almost midnight, we went to a nearby beach. If you haven’t been to a beach at
night, you should do it. It’s stunningly beautiful and romantic. There were no lights on the beach, except for the light in the parking lot at a distance. It was quite dark. Cliffs on one side and the lake on the other. There was light fog lingering over the lake. If you live in the city, star gazing is a far fetched idea. There are only the brightest stars visible at night. Luckily, it was a clear sky, less light pollution and so many more stars were visible. I wish there was moon as well but then, there is always a next time. I could have taken a picture. However, no camera can do justice to the beautiful sight as human eyes do.
