Day 87: Improvement...

I feel like I have truly improved as a teacher. Teaching brings out the leadership qualities in me. I never thought I ever be able to become a authoritative person. I have always been the soft one and of course once the kids know they can get away with bad behavior, they will take it to their advantage. I have learnt to be assertive and learnt to keep a child's attention. My boss used to have to interfere in my job sometimes to control the kids. She no longer has to do that and I am glad I am able to handle it myself.
